PingPlus primarily acts as a Data Processor on behalf of our business customers.

Our customers (the "Data Controllers") determine:

PingPlus processes personal data solely in accordance with our customers' documented instructions and applicable service agreements.

Through integrations with our customers' platforms and AI agent ecosystems, PingPlus may process the following categories of data:

• User identifiers (e.g., internal user ID)
• Device information
• Application interaction data (clicks, views, timestamps)
• Behavioral event data
• Engagement interaction records
• Communication delivery metadata

PingPlus does not intentionally collect or process sensitive personal data, including but not limited to:

• Religious or political beliefs
• Government identification numbers
• Special category data under GDPR

If sensitive data is transmitted, it remains the responsibility of the Data Controller.

PingPlus processes data solely to provide and operate its AI-powered advertising and business growth services, including:

• Delivering performance-based advertising through AI agent networks

PingPlus does not use customer data to train general-purpose AI models or shared AI systems.

Customer data is processed only within the customer's dedicated service environment.

All customer data is stored in Singapore.

PingPlus uses Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure located in Singapore to host and process data.

We implement industry-standard security measures, including:

• Encryption in transit
• Access controls
• Role-based permissions
• Secure cloud infrastructure management

6. Data Retention

Personal data is retained only for the duration of the applicable service agreement.

Upon termination of services, data will be deleted or returned in accordance with contractual terms and applicable law.

7. Data Sharing and Disclosure

PingPlus does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for independent marketing or commercial purposes.

Data may be processed by infrastructure providers (such as Google Cloud Platform) strictly for hosting and operational support.

PingPlus may disclose data if required to do so by law or lawful government request.

8. International Data Transfers

As PingPlus provides services to customers globally, data may originate from jurisdictions outside Singapore.

All data is stored and processed in Singapore. Where cross-border transfers occur, PingPlus ensures appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with applicable laws.

Because PingPlus acts as a Data Processor, individuals seeking to exercise their data protection rights — including access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection — should contact the relevant Data Controller (the business whose application they use).

PingPlus will assist customers in fulfilling such requests as required by applicable law.

10. Website Data

PingPlus' website does not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics tools.

We only collect personal data voluntarily provided through contact forms or direct communication.
